What is ALFA Performance?

ALFA Performance is a training program, designed for athletes, with a primary focus on enhancing the four major aspects of their performance training: strength, endurance, mobility and overall athleticism.

Our mission is to prepare athletes for Hyrox competitions. Additionally we are here to help those who would like to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle .

We will provide you tips, tailored workouts, and so much more, all aimed at helping you achieve your individual goals, improve your fitness levels and peak performance.


What is hyrox?

The race combines running and functional fitness stations, which include:

SkiErg | Sled Push | Sled Pull | Burpee Broad Jumps

Rowing | FarmerĀ“s Carry | Sandbag Lunges | Wall Balls.

At the start and between each station the athletes have to run 1 km, completing an 8 km race distance.

A Hyrox race requires strength, speed, power and endurance, so it is an amazing form of testing your overall fitness levels.
