Tailored specifically for athletes determined to compete in the pro category of HYROX, achieve personal bests, or qualify for the World Championships. This comprehensive program is your key to unlocking peak performance on the HYROX stage.

Prepare to dominate the HYROX Doubles division with our comprehensive 8-week training program. Whether you're aiming to conquer your first doubles event or elevate your performance to new heights, this program will equip you and your partner with the strength, endurance, and teamwork necessary for your success in HYROX
